The unit was amazing! Perfect location for walking to the funk zone and along state street. Parking was helpful. Unit was beautiful, spotless and extremely comfortable. Felt at home going to bed every night. The bottle of rose was a nice touch. I’m a light sleeper and had no issue with noise using noise machine and no issue with light like some other reviews mentioned. The light is faint so it wasn’t an issue for us! Would 100% come back the next time I’m in Santa Barbara!

Nothing but glowing things to say about this place and the hosts! The space was beautifully modern, comfortable, and was in the heart of downtown. We easily walked to plenty of restaurants and we loved having an oasis to come back to at the end of a day exploring. Absolutely would recommend!!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights at this property and absolutely loved its location & amenities. This location was clean, renovated, tastefully decorated and well equipped for an easy and relaxing stay. After doing much research prior to booking a stay in Santa Barbara this property was priced appropriately in comparison to other luxury stays in the area. Although you do have an exclusive parking space. Renting a car is not necessary as this location is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the ocean front. Our hosts were response and clear with information & we enjoyed the convenience of using a key pad to get in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect stay! The apartment was just as described. Spotless! The only thing I would recommend is hooks in the bathroom to hang damp towels. The wine was a thoughtful touch. They also had a pitcher of water in the refrigerator to filter drinking water. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful space. Very relaxing California bohemian feel. Bed was beyond comfortable.
The space is walking distance to many restaurants and bars in downtown Santa Barbara, though feels set back to avoid the busiest areas. I had no issues with noise or sleep on a Wednesday night.
I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful home was cleaned and updated. Perfect location for walking around Santa Barbara. The apartment included great amenities like a comfortable bed and cute decor.

Stayed here for five nights and really enjoyed it. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent—right off State Street—so we hardly needed our car, even though we had a designated parking spot! Everything was within walking distance.
It did get a little noisy on Saturday night, but that’s expected with more people out and about. The room stayed nice and cool, though I would have loved a fan for some extra circulation (I’m sure they would’ve provided one if requested).
Having TVs in both the living space and the bedroom was a nice touch for winding down before heading out again. Overall, a great stay and hope to return!
